- We will review your health history & current health concerns.
- Hands-on, whole-body joint & tissue assessment.
- Gentle, non-invasive manual therapy treatment to release tension, calm the nervous system & restore mobility
- Create a personalized care plan tailored to you.

- Drink plenty of water.
- Low intensity movements (such as walking), to help integrate your body with the treatment.
- Avoid strenuous activity or heavy lifting for at least 24 hours.
- Expect mild soreness for the next 24-48 hours (similar to the day after a workout)

- Coverage for osteopathic services varies between insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment.
- Our Osteopathic Manual Practitioner is OSTCAN certified and is covered by many extended health benefit plans.
