John is an OSTCAN-certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a Masters in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. With over a decade of experience in the health & fitness field and a strong academic background in kinesiology & exercise science, he provides individualized, evidence-based care that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally.
