Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on, non-invasive form of manual therapy that focuses on improving how your whole body works together.
Instead of just treating symptoms, the osteopathic manual practitioners are searching for what is the root cause of the symptoms and the miscommunication between the tissues. Their goal is to re-establish proper communication of these tissues in a way that is effective and not painful for the client.
We use a combination of our deep functional anatomical understanding, highly refined palpatory skills and principle based osteopathic knowledge to asses and treat the body.
It is key to note that every body is unique in it's development and how it compensates from challenges it faces in the day to day and over the years. Therefore, it is important for your treatment to be personalized based on your body's unique needs.
